Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese International currently playing for Al-Nassr, a Saudi Pro League club, has decided to launch an independent film studio that aims to disrupt conventional filmmaking by embracing innovative technology with a nod to tradition.

The film studio UR.Marv, is a joint venture with film director Matthew Vaughn, 54, who is the producer of Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and also known for directing gangster movies like Snatch and Layer Cake. 

According to VARIETY, the partnership has already started yielding results with two completed action films. Ronaldo and Mattew are champions of two worlds. Ronaldo, 44, is a superhero in sports, while Mattew Vaughn is a Hollywood Hero.

UR.Marv is a film studio that is merging two worlds to create more unique stories. On X Ronaldo stated, 'Cristiano Ronaldo loves movies; Matthew Vaughn loves sport - and they both love a good story.
