Commissioner for Trade, Investment, and Industry, Adaora Chukwu of Enugu State announced the government's approval for developing a 10 years long-dormant property in Abuja.
The state government has enlisted Tout Moi Nigeria Limited, known for their luxury eco-friendly smart homes, to revitalize the property in the Wuye District.
This development aligns with the governor's agenda to optimize underutilized assets, projecting a potential 300% return on investment.
The project will feature 43 luxury housing units, including high-rise apartments, terrace buildings, and semi-detached houses. Additionally, the development will include a clubhouse and a recreational center, providing extra revenue for the state through the sale of housing units and additional amenities.
This move is welcome and strategic as it further aims to meet the 30 billion cap of the state government.
