Why the Nigeria Army is Losing Soldiers to Foreign Militaries

Recent reports indicate that many soldiers from the Nigeria Army are resigning to join foreign military forces, such as the British Army, Ukrainian Army, and other Commonwealth nations’ armies. 

This mass resignation is primarily due to poor welfare, inadequate equipment, and lack of motivation within the Nigeria Army.

Most of the resigning soldiers are from the medical corps, and many more are expected to leave once their resignations are approved.
