On the 20th of September, 2024 on Friday, fire gutted the Pinnacle filling station located in Agbani Road Enugu. Pinnacle filling station is owned by the current Governor of Enugu State Barr. Peter Mbah
Reports have it that the cause of the fire was an unknown arsonist who drove in with a Toyota Corolla Car.
But further investigation reveal that the fire was as a result of a leakage of fuel from one of the vehicles buying fuel at the filling station.
Firefighters from both federal and state Governments assisted in putting off the fire. No casualty is reported and no life was lost.
