Rapper Nelly has revealed that he is making efforts to have a baby with singer Ashanti after they rekindled their romance. The couple, who have been in an on-and-off relationship for over a decade, recently confirmed that they are back together and happier than ever.
Nelly shared his baby plans on Instagram after Ashanti surprised him with his dream car on his birthday. The singer gifted him a custom-made 2023 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500, which is worth over $100,000.
An Instagram user commented on the post and advised Nelly to get Ashanti pregnant and make her his wife. Nelly replied that he is working on it and added a wink emoji.
The musical collaborators dated on and off for about 11 years before breaking up in 2013. They rekindled their romance months ago but only confirmed it in September 2023, when they attended the MTV Video Music Awards together.
