Simone Biles proved once again on Friday that she is the best gymnast in the world by claiming her sixth all-around gold medal and surpassing all other gymnasts in terms of achievements!

The 26-year-old made history at the Artistic Gymnastics World Championships in Antwerp, Belgium, after scoring 58.399 points on the balance beam, floor, vault, and uneven bars.

Her sixth gold medal in the all-around event gave her a total of 34 world and Olympic medals, a record that no one has ever broken. It also matched her with Japan’s Kohei Uchimura for the most wins by a man or woman.

Biles’s astonishment was caught on camera after securing the victory.

“I was emotional because it was my first Worlds here 10 years ago, and then now my sixth one, so it is crazy,” Biles said.

"But I swear, there is something in my eye that has bothered me for at least four hours and I can’t seem to get it out. So it was like a combination of both when I was staring up there.

The day was amazing for Biles, especially considering that she needed a mental health break after her dramatic Olympic run in Tokyo.

Her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, showed his support for her work on his Instagram page, writing, "Simply beautiful. I’m so happy for you, babe.

Biles was not the only one who shone on Friday, defending champ Rebeca Andrade and Shilese Jones came second and third, creating history by being the first all-Black podium at the world all-around event.
