Kelly Rowland, a 42-year-old singer, was spotted in a garish, see-through chocolate brown dress at a red carpet event in Paris. The sensational vocalist and former member of Destiny Child sported with a long-sleeved fitting dress with a clear chest view.

On Sunday, October 1, she posted a picture of her stylish outfit on Instagram, showing off her nipples.
