Genital Thief Strikes Again: How a Naval Officer Lost His Private Part in Calabar

Genital Thief

As a young person growing up in Lagos, I remember hearing a lot about the genital thief (penis stolen via juju). In Calabar, the capital of Cross River state, a male genital thief is said to have stolen the genitalia of a naval commander.

According to the story from Vanguard, a naval officer was stationed at the barracks' entrance when a young guy who identified himself as Samuel entered and was escorted to the sentry point for security inspection.

Azeez, a member of the naval staff, narrates the detail;

He was questioned about who he was looking for and his purpose in the barracks when he arrived at the sentry post, but as he was speaking with the sentry officer, the man felt an electric jolt around his genitals. When he touched the region, his private had vanished.

The young man was approached and beaten when the naval officer raised the alarm, and he was told to return the missing genital right away.

Additionally, it was reported that the putative genital thief did not confirm his intention to return the missing organ and did not deny doing so.
