Two more doctors have been detained by Plateau state police on suspicion of participating in the illegal removal of crucial human organs by a fake doctor named Noah Kekere.
Prior to his arrest, Kekere was charged with operating on a woman and taking her kidney.
Additionally, the authorities learned that Kekere was not a licensed doctor despite pretending to be one.
Alabo, a police spokesperson, stated:
"We have arrested two more suspects who actually carried out the surgery on the aforementioned victim. In order to give us access to some professionals who will aid us in our research, we are collaborating with the state Ministry of Health and the NMA.
A panel of qualified medical professionals will be assembled by the police commissioner to investigate these claims and ascertain the truth.
