Callum Hudson-Odoi has officially completed his move to Nottingham Forest from Chelsea, signing a three-year contract with the City Ground.

The 22-year-old winger had been strongly linked with a transfer to Steve Cooper's squad for a considerable period and finalized the switch following his loan stint at Bayer Leverkusen last season.

Upon sealing the deal with Nottingham Forest, Hudson-Odoi expressed his enthusiasm, affirming that this career move was precisely the right step for him. He stated, "I'm thrilled to be here and eager to kick things off. This marks a fresh chapter in my journey. Familiar faces are always reassuring, and I'm fortunate to already know a few of the lads. Additionally, my familiarity with the manager is comforting, so it's a pleasure to be here surrounded by familiar faces."

"Forest boasts a rich history and has clinched two prestigious trophies in its past. I'm genuinely excited to grace The City Ground with my presence. I've witnessed the electrifying atmosphere on a couple of occasions, and I'm eagerly anticipating the opportunity to play in front of the passionate Forest supporters."

Having spent 16 years with Chelsea, Hudson-Odoi's tenure at Stamford Bridge failed to fully realize his early potential. His last appearance for the Blues was in March 2022, amassing a total of 16 goals in 126 appearances for the club and earning three caps for the England national team.
