Donna Motsinger, who accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault in 2014, has filed a lawsuit against him for the alleged incident that happened in 1972.

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Motsinger was a waitress at the Trident restaurant in Sausalito, California, where Cosby was a regular customer. He invited her to his show at the Circle Star Theater in San Carlos and picked her up in a limo.

He gave her wine and a pill that he said was an aspirin, but she soon felt sick and passed out. She claims that Cosby’s assistants put her back in the limo with him and that she only remembers seeing flashes of lightning.

She woke up at home in her underwear and realized that she had been drugged and raped by Cosby. She is suing him for damages, claiming that she has suffered mental, physical, and emotional harm. Cosby’s team has not responded to the lawsuit yet.
