Andrew Tate Faces Lawsuits from Four Women Who Accuse Him of Choking and Sexual Assault

Four British women who claim that social media celebrity Andrew Tate choked them until their eyes' blood vessels burst are preparing to sue him.

Tate is already awaiting trial in Romania on charges of organizing a criminal group to take advantage of women and human trafficking, both of which he denies.

According to The Sunday Times, the women who will soon bring rape, coercive control, and choking lawsuits against Tate in the High Court of London claim that he sexually assaulted them between 2013 and 2016—before he gained notoriety as an influencer.

According to reports, Tate, who vigorously rejects all charges, has threatened to sue them for defamation.

One of the alleged incidents involved the 36-year-old "raping them repeatedly and coercively controlling them, beating them with a belt until blood vessels burst in their eyes."

He allegedly texted one lady, saying, "I love raping you."

Three women reported the alleged crimes to the police at the time, but a four-year inquiry by the Crown Prosecution Service resulted in no charges being filed.

They said that their only remaining choice is to file a civil lawsuit against Tate, who they intend to do so against for bodily harm and personal injury.

The women claimed to have observed Tate gaining millions of followers and his films becoming widely viewed online.

One of the alleged victims claimed, "We were forced to watch as Andrew was allowed to leave the country while still under investigation, and saw his fame and influence grow in the way that it did."

Despite Tate's residence in Romania, the British women's attorney, Matthew Jury, is optimistic that they will be able to bring a lawsuit against him directly.

We are aware of his fortune, the man remarked.

"UK judgments are enforceable abroad, depending on the nation in which assets are located."

According to a Tate representative, the accusations "stem from a letter submitted by Matthew Jury, in which he suggested mediation through financial compensation".

The official continued, "It is crucial to emphasize that this letter does not constitute a formal legal complaint.

Tate refuted the accusations in a letter to McCue Jury & Partners, stating: "If proceedings are brought, I shall resist any attempt to claim anonymity for all or any of the complainants."

Tate continued by saying he was "contemplating proceedings against the complainants" for libel.

Three British webcam models who worked for Tate claimed in April that the influencer had raped and mistreated them.

Eight years ago, they presented allegations to UK police, but they claim the case was dropped before officers conducted a thorough investigation.

Tate and his brother Tristan were both released from the three-month-long detention facility in Romania earlier this year.

Since their detention on December 29 as part of an investigation into claims of rape and human trafficking, they had been struggling for their release.
